I have fever from past 26 days, heada

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir, I have fever for past 26 days and drastic weight loss and also I have constant headache. I have been tested for malaria, Typhoid, Jaundice widal serology, sugar level (96) and all result were negative. Although there was serum bilirubin Total was 1.4 and Serum Bilirubin was 1.1 in LFT. And also my RBC is 4.40*10^6/mm3 and haemoglobin is 12.4 HCT 37.4% RDW 17% MPV 11.3 FL neutrophil 83.2%u/L lymphocyte 9.8%u/Lb Eosinophil 0.2. These are all abnormalities in my blood test. If you need I can send my report to you. My chest was put under x-ray and everything was normal there. Please help me
