I have fever 100.4
My problem is eyes irritating,fever 100.4,tiredness,neck pain,dry mouth and I feel heat comes from the skin.is it covid symptoms.my past records are on May 4th I tested covid positive,after curing 1st dose vaccinated on August 4.

No it’s not COVID as per the parameter you provide
It may be respiratory which can be upper or lower for which we need some investigation first like chest X-ray and cbc urine rm and also we need to have proper history of your symptoms so you can go online consultation for the same
