I am male 35 year old and always have anxiety of having big diseases like cancer an all. Since last 6-7 days I am feeling fatigue and weakness in hand, legs. My physical conducted a vitamin test and found my Vitamin D and B12 are very low and recommended a medicine which I start taking. However still I always have anxiety of havinf big diseases which is hampering my life. How can I come out of this frustration.?
