I have extreme pain in my right hip area

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have extreme pain in my right hip rotation area . It pains like a needle and I am not able to sit properly for more than 10 mins due to this pain. I have seen doctor also and was under medication for 15 days. But I feel no improvement in pain. In x ray report there was nothing.

Mostly pins and needles are due to spine issues. Mostly due to sciatic nerve compression. Better to get an MRI scan of lumbar spine if symptoms are bothering for long time.
