I have dark spots on my shoulders .

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've used femme depilatory cream on my back and body but I only got a break out on my entire shoulders.its been 3 months and I've tried Sudocrem and hydrocortisone and that got rid of the bumps and after that I've been using palmers fade cream and still there is no result.i tried home remedies like sugar and baking soda exfoliations but no change.
