I have dark discoloration on feet

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have had the discoloration near the arch of my sole in both feet for over 3months now. At first I dismissed it as dye on my legs since I had bought black shoes that I wore without socks and they stained my feet frequently. I've started to notice small patches creeping on my hands. I'm scared because I don't know what it is.please help.
