Hello.... The scars are multiple, due to which any surgical option definitely out of choice. For such kind of scars we do recommend laser therapy 4-6 sessions or the dermabrasion/ PRF treatment, which can give u mild results. The best treatment as of now would be the camouflaging by tattoos. Do consult a plastic surgeon at ur place for the details.
