I have cough. It is 12 days now.

I have cough and its 12 days now. This morning i noticed my spit with blood but it only happened once. This afternoon i check my saliva and it doesnt have blood. Sometimes when i cough my back hurts. I dont know ehat it is please help me. Thank you
