I have chest pain for a month

Asked for Female, 42 Years

IAM 42 yr old female having diabetic and bp patient. last year I was taken an echo it said stage 1 left ventricular diastolic dsfunction my EF WAS 72%. But now that this year I have severe pain in centre of chest so what to do
