I have chest pain and stomach ulcer.

Dear Cardiologist, I am having chest pain for the past 6 days. I am unmarried40 years old man, 116kg in weight 5 feet 7 inch in height. I am taking medicine Tazloc H 40mg and Stamlo 10mg for High BP, Cetrizen for Urticaria, Montek AB, Formoflo 250mg inhaler with Asthalin rotocap 200mg for Asthma, and Ulgel syrup for ulcer. I did my ECG 3 days ago it is normal. My Master Health check up done in September 2018 at Aarthi Scan is normal. I met Neurologist because I have pain in left side of my head and numbness over my left cheek. Neurologist already did MRI 6 years ago, it was normal, so he has prescribed Topaz 25mg for migraine with Pantocid DSR for ulcer. My question is whether I have cardiac problem, how to know if there is any block? I did TMT in year 2017 it was normal. I don't know whether it is Ulcer or heart problem causing pain in heart and shoulder back. Numbness in right hand fingers at times. My BP is 130/ 80, Heart Beat 100. Stomach bloating is there. Upper abdomen pain.
