I have bipolar disorder
I have been taking 1000 mg sod di valporate (500mg twice) since last 1 yr then stop taking because i feel normal i last time i told dr. That i am taking i discontinued the drug since 2 month should I restart it

If u ve taken it for a yr n nw font ve ny symptoms den u may discontinue it. But depending on ur family history n past psychiatric history der is always a risk of reoccurrence.
