I have been diagnosed with Chronic prost

Hi Dear Doctor I have been diagnosed with Chronic prostitis I had extreme burning sensation and weak urine stream from many years, in 2020 I had consulted ayurveda doctor for same and took medicines for month at least but didn't get any relief, after tat i tried syrups like Neeri for months no difference felt.. So finally I decided to consult urologist he did all necessary tests and said I have chronic prostitis and also there might be some urethral stricture Said to start antibiotics course taking from a week, feeling 30% relief in burning sensation but urine stream is still same weak.. I wanted to know is there a treatment for prostatitis and specifically for urethral stricture in ayurveda if yes what treatments are given and for how long and what are the results will it cure successfully?
