I have an abscess in my buttocks

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Any medicine or bandage or soaps for abscess (buttocks) ? I also had piles /anal fistula in starting phase few months back around 2-3 month now its cured with medicine.I had been advised tab onitraz forte twice a day for 15 days and Livafin cream twice a day for 15 days for fungal infection .Any suggestion will be appreciated .
