I have allergies on my penis foreskin

I am facing allergies on my foreskin on penis ...earlier there are two bumps but I thought it would go I am single and had intercourse in the month of April with a lady ..after one month I had seen these bumps on my penis ...now it is itching a lot and seen some more bumps coming up in groin area ...I reside in habsiguda ...kindly suggest remesie and which doctor I have to see
