I have a ligament tear last Wednesday
X Ray report doesn't say anything. So doctors said it is a ligament tear and you will have to rest for 3 weeks I have taken complete bed rest of 1.5 weeks but I have to join office from Monday.
So can I go walk a little bit now and go to office as my pain and swelling has been reduced substantially. Should I get a plaster done and then go to office or can I tie a crepe bandage and can go to office?
Please help me with your suggestion.
