I have a back acne

I have a back acne and i think its quite severe now. It started when i went back to school, stressing out about stuff and first it was just little dots until it became alot. I dont know how to treat it and i never tried any medicine for this. I just leave it alone hoping someday it will fade. Hope you can help me with this.
