I hava an rashes on my left side of neck

Actually it start yersturday...n...today my left side of neck is burning.....like i cant bare it at all...i dont know what it is....but there is no wound.....no cutts just an...small rashes which burning like some one is burning fire near my neck can you plzzz tell me whats is this??i also take a medicine a kind of ointment named four derm but still my small rashes are burning m just damn worried what is happening
