Hi doctors
I am suffering this skin problem since 7 years. Every girl thinks I want to be looking fair right. From birth to matured, max no skin problems to girls. After matured, pads are not suited to some girls and sometimes they can't do exchange pads because of some situations ( exams, urgently going to other places...like that more reasons). At that time they will get some darkness, itching like that. But girls feels it's normal no need to go hospital and fell embarrassing to tell this problem to anyone. Day by day it was increased that time they don't talk much to others, can't tell to anyone, thinking about problem everyday, always like to stay single, sometimes it depressed. They are trying to remove that darkness so they search on internet, you tube etc to get any home remedies or getting skin lightening creams. They will try all but no use it increased darkness then feel very comfortable, crying inside, don't like to do any works, can't spend time with family also. Do help.

Hello 23 yr old IT professional, you seem to be affected by the dark skin around your genital area. There could also be other areas of relative dark shade. It is natural for us Indians to be dark in ground and armpits compared with the rest of body. It is not natural to be itchy in these areas. I suggest you apply Ebernet cream twice daily to these areas for two weeks to begin with. This will take care of any fungal element in these areas.
Next Steps
after two weeks you can contact me for a video consultation via practo or directly my clinic, Juvenis in Mumbai.
Health Tips
do the following tests before the consultation: Fasting Insulin levels, CBC and TSH.
