I had right testicle pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello doc 3 years back I had abdominal pain do USG of abdomen impression was Right para aortic swollen lymph nodes now I am having right testicle pain it visible big vein in right side testicles groin area pain and lower abdomen and backpain lump on right testicle if right variocele causes testicles cancer? No family history? Does right para aorthic lymphnopathy in usg means cancer ??
