I had knee joint surgery. My stomach is genrating heat on its own and i can't bear it. After a meal or drinking water i am getting stomach pain

Hi thanks for the query, It looks like you have developed analgesic induced gastritis, you might have taken lot of analgesics in the post surgery period. Better to avoid spicy and oily food, Antacid syrups or tablets like omeprazole may help you, consider clinical examination by a doctor in person if symptoms persists
