I had a fall
Dear doctor ,i was pregnant in 2021 but had to abort bcz there was no heart beat even at 9 weeks .after the medical abortion,i was bleeding heavily for more then 20 days an one day it was too much an i fainted in the bathroom..is there any chance of blood clot in the brain ?? pls tell me, it's been 2 years now

I hope you know that it is 2023 and you are mentioning an episode which occurred in 2021. The time didn't come to a standstill after you had a fall.
If nothing has happened in 2 years then chances are that nothing will happen now.
But there is no harm in getting a CT scan of the brain.
