I had ACL surgery on 22 March 2017 but till now doctor is saying not to bear any weight on leg, it's 4th week any still in braces and not able to fold my leg little bit. I am little worry about this. Is this is normal.

Usually there is no restriction of weight bearing after ACL surgery and knee movements are started to avoid stiffness. You need to speak to your Surgeon to know the reason for this plan.
