I got hurt on my lower spinal chord area
I got hurt my lower spinal chord area it has been two weeks..i got x-ray also but no bone breakage but i am still having pain i consulted doctor he said that may be its ligament tear, it can go only by rest..can you please suggest me for this?

X-ray doesn't show ligaments injury. Posture corrections must physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercises. For ligament Injury you can go for MRI
