I got her lab reports
Hb 11.4 Platelet 1.46 ESR 60 ALP 143 Urine slightly turbid Neck pain and stiffness of spine are frequent occurrence Recent chest x-ray, USG abdomen, Renal function, mammogram, Pap smear, Thyroid profile all were normal. Should I screen multiple myeloma? Is there any reason or I'm overestimating the case?
