I got bit from a dog

Hello there I got bit by my friend 's pet dog 7 years ago At that time I had taken all the proper injections and medicines. Again I got bit by the street dog 4 -5 days ago. I had washed the wound properly and also taken tatnus injections. But NO OTHER INJECTIONS. Now I am worried. Shall I take the injections now or not.Plz reply
