I get bad fungal infection at my genital area and thighs I ahve taken many treatments but doesnt seems to work what shall I do now Please help me with some remedies from skin specialists please help me

Use Trichoderm Ayurveda ointment. Internally use Saribadyasava 15ml with water twice daily after food. Haridrakhanda 2tsp twice daily before food along with lukewarm water.
