I forget everything
Everytime I'm asked something, i freeze. Like when I asked for the lyrics of the song, direction, any general question or question from my college books anything. I freeze even if I know it. I'm unable to answer . Why is this happening to me?

Hi Freezing is an anxiety response of the body when it perceives threat in the environment. If this is happening in the social context u most likely hv social phobia, treatment of which is possible thru psychotherapy. You might have to take medications if it severely impacts your daily life.
