I find it difficult to concentrate
Its been a really hard time for my family. so many fights. I am fed up. I am preparing for competitive exams and now i am finding dofficulty in concentrating. Earlier i used to study 12 hours a day and now not even 1 hour

First u r relax . Don't get many tension, chill.Wake up early morning & do exercise relaxation, meditation . Yoga u feel better on whole day. &  Then focus on u r study . Listen  silent music or whatever you like. Ignore the other things around u. Only focus on u r aim other expectations about you.& Any other problems then consult me. I will help you.
