I feel tic tic noises inside of my ear
One day water entered in my ear

Usually sound in the ear associated with movement of jaw is related to the temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days with soft diet, hot compresses etc. If symptoms persist then you may need to consult nearby dentist
