I feel suicidal
My family doesn't understand that I might have actual issues because my elder sister was diagnosed with epilepsy and I've spent most of my childhood taking care of her. I was considered the 'understanding' child all along. My parents had fights and I was only looking after my sister whether she doesn't get a seizure due to stress. Ignored what I felt about it completely. My motehr tried committing  suicide twice and all I did was take care of my sister. Going to medical college I realised that I have a mind of my own too and I feel things too. I came back for weekends and cried for little things trying to tell them that I need attention too. Gradually they called my tears an 'everyday thing' and dropped it. I have become spoilt after being with friends. I told them that it was their ignorance towards my mental health that caused this. They call me a dirty child and not worthy of their house.
