I feel numb. Depressed.
It's been two years now that I've been keeping it all inside my head but I think I've reached my limits. I'm a first year MBBS student and I suffer from depression. I've always tried to fake around society and keep that "I'm fine I'm happy" mask on but now I need help. I don't wanna talk to my family or friends and life seems to go nowhere and nothing motivates anymore. I feel like sleeping all day, not because I want to, but because being awake is no good.
