Sometimes, when i am in a public situation, when things happen, i replay them in my head and it zones me away from what’s happening. Or ill see what’s happened but in my head i’ll think about it in a different way. I also feel as if into never happened 5 minutes after as if i’m fine again and that was a dream. I am constantly worrying about this and my thoughts haven’t come off it for 2 or so weeks, and it’s getting worse. I also imagine myself speaking to someone about this.
