Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are facing in your life . It seems that there is some stress in your life personal or professional which is causing you these disturbing thoughts about your health and well being . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist to understand the root cause of your symptoms and also learn healthy and positive coping skills and strategies for the same. You can try and practice deep breathing and guided meditation on a daily basis to help increase your concentration and also reduce the negative thoughts. Maintain a thought journal in which you can write 3 positive events that happen during the day . Have a healthy and balanced diet and incorporate exercises to help increase happy hormones. Talk to a close family member or friend and spend quality time with them. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
