I feel anxiety,fear ,panic,& bad thought
I feel anxiety I feel like insecure like something bad gonna happen,someone will put me into tough,some one will ruin my life,spoil my prestige.i feel scared to type message for the commitments which I have made Im affriad of them.i know there is nothing but more than positives,the negativity dominating me more.some time I feel like go somewhere far.or sometime I feel like end my life.but I'm worried about my parents I have more responsibilities.i always feel unsafe, I feel someone is watching me, following me ,searching me. I'm a person capable to advice people,guide& help.but when it comes to me I'm totally feel low.i feel emotional.i think more ,ex: if ants r moving I think deeply wer they stay,how they eat,what will they do if it rain who will save them.foe each n every things I think deeply I'm not able to take it easy of things.i should come out of it I want be normal due to this I'm not eating well I have lost weight.not able to concentrate. Please help me out 🙏
