Hello Doctor, I found myself in a very bad situation. I'm a technical graduate and i've to do alot of work in my office. I went to sleep at approx 12-2am. Is that any problem or it's just sleep or rest.

If you are not able to remember things it could be a problem with memory that you have, try to have about 7 to 8 hours of sleep each day,eat healthy balanced meals,exercise daily ,drink enough water and if you are stressed practice de stressing techniques.Try to make your health your priority,try this for about 10 to 15 days and if you still do not find improvement you can consult a psychiatrist doctor.
