You are saying that you depend too much on others, you over read to situations, you get angry, sad and even cry. You can't tolerate discomfort or if things don't go as you want. It seems there are soon deep rooted emotions which need to be addressed. You may be feeling helpless and powerless, you may be feeling unloved and uncared. You are not able to tolerate criticism. Unresolved issues not only causes yourself distress but also to your loved ones. Most of the symptoms that you have described indicate that you are suffering from Major Depressive Disorder. Consult a clinical psychologist to rule out Personality Disorders etc. Even in the most morbid form Depression is treatable. You will have to take a combined approach, consult a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy and a Psychiatrist for medicines to alleviate the symptoms. Meanwhile, you could write down your feelings and thoughts in a journal everyday for at least 30 minutes. It will be difficult initially but after 4-5 days you will begin to feel better. Steps to write a journal to vent out your emotions: 1. Open up your notebook (or begin a document on your computer). 2. When the timer starts, begin writing about your emotional experiences from the past week, month and year. 3. Don't worry about punctuation, sloppiness or coherence. 4. Simply go wherever your mind takes you, curiously and without judgment. 5. Write just for yourself, and not for some eventual reader. 6. Do this for a few days. 7. Then, close the document without saving it, or throw the paper away, it doesn't matter. 8. The point is that those thoughts are now out of you and on the page. 9. You have begun the process of 'stepping out' from your experience to gain perspective on it.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist to get a detailed evaluation done to work on the problem from the root cause.

It could be either  fear of failure or attention seeking. For some reason  you may be feeling  that people around you do not like you and appreciate you. Reflect on those lines,  and if required , do consult a psychologist
