Your symptoms are due to post steroid hormonal imbalance and anxiety. Sudden stop without PCT can cause mood changes, anxiety, low muscle mass, libido fluctuations. Typhoid recovery can also worsen weakness and mental stress. The pinch near chest is commonly anxiety, but should be evaluated once to be safe. Get basic evaluation and also CBC, thyroid, testosterone profile, ECG. Focus on proper diet, sleep, gradual return to exercise, avoid self medication. This is reversible with proper guidance feel free to consult, I’ll help you recover step by step.

Completing a steroid cycle without proper Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) often leads to Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism, where the body's natural testosterone production remains suppressed. When combined with the physiological stress of a recent Typhoid infection, this hormonal imbalance can manifest as severe muscle loss, anxiety, and sensory changes. The 'pinching' sensation near the heart and 'high vision' feelings are likely somatic symptoms of high-intensity anxiety."
Health Tips
the body has a remarkable ability to recover, but the 'steroid-without-PCT' path needs expert medical management to avoid permanent fertility issues or chronic anxiety. Book a formal consultation so we can review your hormone levels and get you back to a calm, healthy, and muscular state safely."
