  4. I don't feel good. So wat could this be?

I don't feel good
I feel cold on the inside but my body feels hot. im coughing. i feel weak and i sleep all the time. when i go outside i feel really hot and lose my breathe quickly on the way to class. my nose is stuffy and runny and i been urinating more than usual. i haven't had much of a appetite either so wat could this be?
