I do not know..
I have been hurting myself for a very long time. I get upset and my mood changes very,suddenly. I overthink and get over worried. I beat myself up whenever i am called names. I fast/starve myself to lose weight then. Snack alot.. Is this normal? Aftr a crying session or a blaming or hurting myself session, i feel numb. Like.nothing can make me happy
