I cut my skin near my nail

Asked for Female, 23 Years

While i was catching my dogs leash which had metal attached to it, i cut cut my skin near my nail area and i did bleed a little after which i washed and applied turmeric powder and then i dint do anything day after i saw a little puss coming out from that wound and i applied turmeric again. Should go for tt injection ?
