I cant hold my urine

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello, i m 21 year old and on the treatment of hairfall since last 3 month and same medicine take 1 year ago for same hairfall problem. Duration 1 year. Medicine is - finax 1mg (finestride) Minoxidil or multi vit. I feel problem that i cant hold my urine. ..if i ignore first mild signal of urine..after 3-5 min. .i feel pain in my penis and it gradualy increase ..some time it start leak before i open my zip.. No irritation in urination..but only fell high pain when try to hold because of work...
