I cant focus

Asked for Female, 16 Years

My parents are divorced. Both of them act like children but mainly my mother which i live with. I am thr middle man and i have no rights anymore. If ask to go by my cousins from my father's side it is an automatic no just because they are my fathers family. I am 16 and if i ask for a reason behind any decsion just to understand it better because that is how i learn. With logic and reason. It is said i dont respect her.

Hi dear, it seems like you are going through some really tough times. I'm also sure your parents at there end are also going through the same as divorce is not an easy process. Perhaps you could seek help from someone you can approach in your mother's family who she has trust on. Request them to suggest your mother to go for counseling, for parenting issues to begin with. A good Counselor would be able to help her build better perspective and treat you better. Hope this helps.
