Stress induced gastritis is a very long term problem, it should be addressed as early as possible, as it can lead to do other disturbances and can disturb your daily routine life .

try to avoid intake of stimulants may be 5hrs prior to sleep, exercise, enjoy socialize with people whom you are comfortable and happy, spend time with family members, know your goals, try to be organised, so that you feel less stress full. chant omkara along with deep breathing exercise before and after bed time. could refresh/ relax yourself.
You should do regular exercise or yoga,take sun bath for 30minutes daily, don't take tea coffee, alcohol, smoke after 6pm. Fix a time for sleep and wake up
