I have been facing tremendous stress emotionally since the past two years. Every passing day makes me emotionally vulnerable and weaker. I have become shelled and I can sense a noticeable change in my personality (from better to bad). Sudden emotional breakdowns, loss appetite and mental instability has paved way into my life. Lack of sleep, irritability, negativeness and seclusion is now my constant lifestyle. I am seeking help here. Because i know this is not how i am. I was an extremely bright and positive young girl. I dont feel that way anymore and i am ready to take help and revive myself.
