I can feel my heartbeat when i am laying down on bed and when i touch my back to chair etc from feb 2022 then i consult doctor then i started medicine so it come down 50 60% and then i stop my medicine but i feel better now .i can feel my heartbeat now also but not problem like earlier....i stop my medicine 6-7 months ago...it is ok to stop or should i continue to take now to complete stop?

Consult your treating doctor.Please do not stop medicines abruptly on your own.It might lead to reappearance of symptoms.as you are saying there is improvement you can taper once your doctor says.Also get a cardio reference done to rule out cardiac cause.Therapy will also help with anxiety
