I am very confused in life and I am depr
I am preparing for medical and after 12th I have given ist attempt and not selected. Again I went kota and this time I got in depression and my sleep disturb unable to sleep I couldn't study properly at all not selected I didn't study at all . And again prepared this time also happen same thing my sleep disturb and whole year I suffer. And I really don't know what to do. I didn't study at all. If I mentally will be fine I can study and I can crack but I am unable... Because of my mental health.

Make sure you are not studying too much under stress and pressure otherwise this cycle will continue. You need to adress the core issues and try to modify and overcome it. You have a goal try to achieve it but don't keep preconceived fear and notions about your performance. Do it stress free. You can take online or in person therapy session to help yourself better. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression.
