I just delivered a baby 6 months back. I was overweight when I conceived. Now I'm 90 kgs(5'3 height) I need to lose weight. What is the right treatment or procedure to lose weight with toned muscle ? I took I pill couple of time few years back. Since then I started gaining weight and now it's difficult to lose. Pls. Help and advise which way I should follow ?

As your baby is 6 months old now, u can try loosing weight by following calorie deficit diet.
Have protein rich foods like eggs, paneer, curd and milk.
Try to have protein rich salads like chole Or rajma salad both in lunch and dinner before meals.
Have adequate water
Do some physical activity like walking or yoga for some diet
Do not follow any sortbof crash diet.
