As your baby is 6 months old now, u can try loosing weight by following calorie deficit diet. Have protein rich foods like eggs, paneer, curd and milk. Try to have protein rich salads like chole Or rajma salad both in lunch and dinner before meals. Have adequate water Do some physical activity like walking or yoga for some diet Do not follow any sortbof crash diet.
