I am suffering with hair loss probkem

I have suffering hair loss since 2 months.i can't identify it's cause and how to cure it.also I am facing with grey hair problems since 3 years,it doesn't stop spreading over my head and it also spread to my beard.i am just 19 years old.so how can these types of deseases happend with me?? In the teen age?!!
