Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach.
Drink at least 2 ltrs water per day.
Avoid junk food.
Take Hingwastaka churna half tea spoon with buttermilk 5 minutes before food 2 times a day.
Take Tab. Gasex 1 tablet 3 times a day.

Take panchasav ( baidynath company)
Three table spoon of panchasav mix with three table spoon of water and tak it after breakfast and dinner.
:- Do not drink tea empty stomach in morning.
:- avoid spicy food,fried food ,red and green chilli.
:- add beatroot and curd in your diet.
:- Don't eat non veg
Take lawanbhaskar churna 1/2 tsp after lunch and dinner
Take cow ghee 1 tsp before lunch & dinner along with warm water....
