I am quitting smoking
Its been 4 days i m not smoking. In d beginning i felt cold/hot flashes,shivering chills . I thought may be it is because of weather change because i had to travel to himachal from chandigarh. I didn't understand wat was going with me. But then i rad it online i m still facing lots of prblm body aches when i wake up in d morning chest heaviness.anxiety insomnia. Cold sweats loss of engry trdness Plzz help me wat best i can do to avoid dis symptoms. Are dess normal becoz ?? Bit worried about

Hi It is a very good decision to stop smoking... See there are 2 types of dependencies psychological and physical ... People with only psychological dependencies can quit easily, where as physically dependent people will have sypmtoms of pain, constipation, lack of sleep etc.... These people need help in quiting... So simple treatment is to use nicotine replacement therapy...And a tablet to reduce craving...
